Terms And Conditions

​By checking the Terms and Conditions box at checkout, you are confirming that you have read and agree to all store policies, including our NO REFUND and SHIPPING terms.

 

Any chargebacks or disputes filed against your order will be challenged and reversed once we submit evidence that you agreed to our terms at checkout and received tracking and product confirmation. We stand behind our policy and take fraudulent claims seriously.

Return Policy

ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS . NO EXCEPTIONS.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances, unless the item you received is damaged or defective.

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of the item being marked as delivered on the tracking information. After 24 hours, we are no longer responsible and will not issue replacements or refunds.

 

To qualify, you must provide:

 

A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

A screenshot of the tracking showing the delivery date and time

Your order number

Failure to report the issue within the 24-hour window will void any eligibility for a return or replacement.

 

By placing an order through our website, you agreed to our store policies by checking the Terms & Conditions box at checkout. This agreement includes our No Refund, No Return (unless damaged within 24 hours), and Shipping policies.

 

If you attempt to file a chargeback, we will submit all supporting documentation, including:

 

Proof that you agreed to our policies at checkout

Your order details and shipping confirmation

Any communication, tracking, and delivery confirmation

Once this evidence is submitted, the chargeback can and WILL be reversed, as you knowingly accepted our terms when completing your purchase.

 

Before considering a dispute, ask yourself:

 

Did I review the store policies before ordering?

Did I check the box agreeing to the Terms & Conditions?

Did I contact the brand within 24 hours for a legitimate issue (damaged or defective item)?

Did I follow all the steps outlined in the return and shipping policy?

Filing a chargeback without proper cause is considered fraudulent and may result in being permanently banned from future purchases.

 

We take our policies seriously to protect both our business and loyal customers. Thank you for understanding and shopping responsibly.

 

Please note: Our entire site operates on a pre-order basis.

 

This means that every item is made-to-order and requires time for production, packaging, and shipping.

Shipping Carrier Policy

Please be aware that all items are labeled as "pre-order" in our product description which states to allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be produced, shipped to our warehouse , and packaged. Could also be an additional 2 weeks due to carrier clearance at customs by UPS/DHL.

Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), we consider the package successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If you did not receive your package but tracking shows it was delivered:

  • Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier directly to file a claim or locate the package.

  • All of our shipments include insurance, so the carrier can assist you in resolving the issue.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.

Chargeback Policy:
If a chargeback is filed under the claim of “Item Not Received,” and tracking confirms delivery to the address entered at checkout, we will submit all supporting evidence (tracking details, shipping confirmation, address provided by customer, etc.) to your bank.
Please note: Once this evidence is submitted, the decision is in the hands of your financial institution and may result in a reversal of the chargeback.
